6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
